La situazione dei nostri compagni in prigione: grigiore, solitudine e fame

Isolamento, noia, 90 minuti d’aria, una dieta non vegana, possibilita’ di incontrare persone solo attraverso sbarre e vetro temprato.
Questi sono solo alcuni esempi delle condizioni in cui vivono i nostri compagni in prigione.
Nei paragrafi che seguono riportiamo come si presenta la vita quotidiana degli anarchici imprigionati e dei modi per dar loro sostegno.
Chiediamo sostegno per i 4 arrestati ed in particolare per Martin e I., per i quali le prossime settimane potranno essere decisive.
Chiediamo anche aiuto a far pressione sulla prigione di Pankrac per far rispettare la dieta vegana di Martin e migliorare le condizioni di detenzione generali e sulla prigione di Ruzyne affinche’ si rispetti la dieta vegana di I.

Lidovky.cz: e’ una provocazione della polizia, afferma l’avvocato difensore del primo ceco accusato di terrorismo.

Pubblichiamo un’intervista dal quotidiano lidovky.cz. Si tratta di un’intervista a Ondrej Stefanik, avvocato difensore di Martin I, un’altro degli indagati:
PRAGA. “Mi da’ l’impressione di essere una persona giovane e pensierosa” descrive cosi’ il suo cliente l’avvocato Ondrej Stefanik. eppure Martin I. e’, secondo la polizia, uno dei pianificatori dell’attentato terroristico contro il treno. Ma tale accusa Martin I. esplicitamente smentisce. “Se non avesse incontrato gli agenti infiltrati, non si sarebbe mai trovato in una situazione simile” sottolinea il suo difensore.

The situation of our comrades in prison: greyness, solitude and hunger

Non-vegan diet, isolation, boredom, hour and a half of daylight. Meeting people through the bars and hardened glass. These are just some of the conditions our comrades experience while imprisoned. In this article we would like to describe the everyday reality of imprisoned anarchists and outline ways to support them. We call for support of all three defendants and, especially Martin, to whom the few next weeks may be critical. We also call for exerting pressure on the Pankrác prison to respect Martin’s vegan diet and towards improving prison conditions in general.

The Czech undercover police agents: Revealed
Three of the anarchists who are currently being held in custody, where they wait for a court decision on whether they will be granted bail or remain on remand, were together with other individuals to attend meetings in the “conspiracy” flat according to the police version. Police claimed they should have been planning an attack on a train carrying military material or Hyundai cars and the alleged attack was to be carried out under the auspices of the Network of Revolutionary Cells. Prosecuted individuals are being accused by investigators of active participation on preparation and testing of incendiary devices (Molotov cocktails) intended for that purpose. The are also accused of participation in the logistics of the attack itself. The accused comrades however, rejected the police version and pointed out the ridiculousness of the claim itself, that someone would try to ignite a train made of steel using Molotov cocktails.
Let’s now focus on the important facts. The flat where the alleged terrorist group meetings should have taken place is no “conspiracy” safe house but merely a regular apartment where several people (some of them connected to the anarchist movement) lived. The decision to live together came from necessity of sharing to reduce living costs not from intentions to conspire. Shared housing is a perfectly normal thing, today and definitely not just among anarchists.
The flat occupancy was not the subject of secrets and that is most likely why it was so easy for undercover police to “infiltrate” the group. Activist meetings organised at the apartment (preparation of activities such as fundraisers, public meetings, cooking for homeless people) were also not a subject of any excessive safety measures and such activities can hardly be categorized as terrorism. It was the undercover police agents who were always trying to radicalise the issues and talked about the necessity to do “something more” than just peacefully protest.
The agents were constantly trying to persuade others that sticking up posters is irrelevant and that action should radicalise. These challenges were usually accompanied by swagger about their previous activities. Imprisoned comrades who were in touch with the undercover operatives also indicated that the idea to attack the train came from agents themselves, without anyone else being actively involved in the development of the plan.
One of the detainees Martin I. wrote:
“Operation Phoenix” is a provocation initiated by undercover police agents with the purpose of drag people into it and then put the blame on the for organising the whole thing. I suspect that the police and investigators are manipulating with the evidence. They think we will plead guilty but our confession would represent just mere lie and we can not allow this to happen! It is interesting how one can become a victim of repressions through arranged undercover operations. 25th June, Edinburgh, Forest Centre Plus: Repression in Belarus & the Czech RepublicWe are lucky to provide a rare chance to talk with comrades from the Anarchist Black Cross in Belarus and learn about the repression they face from those fighting against it.

 Despite the welcome release of Pavel Syramolatau in September 2012, comrades supported by the Anarchist Black Cross are still in Belarusian jails facing years of incarceration. These convictions form part of an ideologically driven repression of anarchists in Belarus. They follow the revitalisation of Belarusian anarchism in the past few years. Unlike in some other ex-Soviet Union countries and other modern dictatorships, anarchists do not form a minor part of a dissident prison population. Instead anarchists make up just under half of the ‘political’ prisoners in Belarus.

The Belarusian ABC has campaigned consistently for them to be released and, in the immediate term, for them to be allowed visits, medication, letters and literature, and raises money for solicitors’ fees and to buy the comrades’ food. They have also recently been supporting comrades in the Czech Republic who have been under sustained attack by the state. Supported by the International of Anarchist Federations (IFA-IAF) they are undertaking a tour of to raise awareness of the situation in the region and spark further solidarity.

Petrohrad: Report z demonstrace proti represím anarchistů a antifašistů

Soudruzi z Ruska nám poslali report z demonstrace. Děkujeme! Moc si vaší solidarity vážíme, report vytiskneme a pošleme dovnitř.

Včera se v Petrohradě konala demonstrace proti represím anarchistů a antifašistů.

Během demonstrace se skadovaly hesla solidarity s našimi soudruhy ve vazbě a ve vězení:
– Alexey “Sokrat” Sutuga, který je vězněn ve vězení nedaleko města Irkutsk;
– Alexander “Tundra” Kol’čenko, který je ted’ ve vazbě v Moskvě, obviněn z terorismu;
– Naši soudruzi z České republiky, kteří jsou ve vazbě a obviněni z terorismu, za údajné planování útoku na nákladní vlak – tento nesmysl se pyšně jmenuje “operace Fénix”

Nahlašená demonstrace skončila nenahlašenym překrytím silnice v centru Petrohradu (video brzy). Nikdo nebyl zadržen.

Solidarita v Edinburghu

Fénix nebo Pandora stát je vždycky potvora

V pátek 29.5 se skupina lidí sešla před Španělským konzulátem v Edinburghu, aby vyjádřili podporu a solidaritu zadrženým anarchistům / anarchistkám v rámci operaci Pandora, Piñata (Španělsko) a Fénix (ČR). Zároveň takÉ vyjádřily své značné znepokojení nad stavem a vývojem represí vůči antiautoritářským a anarchistickým skupinám a jednotlivcům v obou zemích. Akce na podporu zadržených byla zorganizována místní skupinou Solidarity Federation (SolFed) a byla již šestá v pořadí od začátku roku 2015. SolFed Edinburgh je v posledních měsících velice aktivní a snaží informovat prostřednictvím pravidelných akci před španelskou ambasádou. V Dubnu 2014 byl také uspořádán benefiční koncert a informační večer na jejich podporu.
Vzhledem k tomu že charakter represí ve Španelsku a České Republice je velmi podobný a take diky tomu že velvyslanectví ČR v Edinburghu je soukromy dům na okraji města nevhodný k pořádání protestních akcí, jsme se rozhodli připojit se k akci před španelským konzulátem. Státní represe proti anarchistickému hnutí bývají, ze zkušenosti právě v dobách krize, kdy se lidé poohlížejí po alternativách. Většinou jsou represe na různých místech v Evropě. Mezinárodní solidarita může sehrát velmi důležitou roli a zároveň pomáhá vzniku a rozvíjení vztahů. V průběhu akce jsme různými zpusoby (letáky, plakáty, rozhovory, transparenty) informovali o situaci v obou zemích a i lidé co již věděli o operacích Pandora a Piñata byly překvapení, jak moc podobný průběh MOHOU mít takové policejní akce v různých zemích a tím, že charakter státní moci se moc neliší. Narozdíl od předchozích akcích, toto setkaní nebylo velké a dorazilo pár lidí a nesmlouvavé Edinburské počasí nás záhy zahnalo pryč. Pozitivním výsledkem bylo navázání kontaktu s pořadateli přednášky / diskusního setkaní o justičních represivních opatřeních (zákon Ley Mordaza) D ve Španělsku a o jejich dopadu. Dalším velmi pozitivní výsledkem byl společný “koncenzus” o uspořádání dalšího benefičního koncertu a účast na několika dalších naplánovaných diskusích.

La récente surenchère policière en République tchèque constitue la plus grande vague de répression du mouvement anarchiste et de celui de la gauche radicale dans l’histoire contemporaine tchèque. Le 28 avril dernier, les forces anti-terroristes ont mis en place l’opération FENIX, opération dont l’intention est de traquer les activités d’une partie de la mouvance anarchiste, considérées peu après par la police comme constituant une menace terroriste. Cette répression massive a conduit les autorités à arrêter et placer en garde à vue plus de trente personnes, et ce dans un laps de temps très court. Plusieurs personnes ont été harcelées par des policiers masqués lors d’interrogatoires, ceux-ci contraignant parfois les individus placés en garde à vue à être transférés d’une ville à une autre en vue d’un interrogatoire immédiat. Des raids dans les centres autogérés du pays et parfois des appartements privés, la confiscation des serveurs hébergeant plusieurs sites web (centre social Ateneo, Fédération Anarchiste, Most Solidarity Network, Green action blog…) font partie des moyens ayant été utilisés par la police. Jusqu’à ce jour (le 26 mai), trois personnes restent en détention provisoire, et les autres personnes inquiétées ont été interrogées une seconde fois. Les sources policières affirment la présence d’agents infiltrés au sein du mouvement anarchiste et de nombreuses sources médiatiques supposent que les policiers infiltrés ont fabriqué le « scénario de la peur » de toutes pièces.
De notre côté, nous voyons l’opération FENIX comme une intention délibérée des autorités tchèques de discréditer, diviser et réduire au silence les mouvements anarchiste et antiautoritaire, qui ont récemment acquis un essor et un soutien importants. Nous estimons que l’opération FENIX est une tentative visant à collecter des informations et surveiller toute personne participant activement à des activités sociales indépendantes, à des mouvements d’occupation et de protestation. Ceci est un appel à la solidarité internationale. Nous ne nous laisserons pas abattre, nous persévérerons toujours dans nos pratiques politiques et nos formes de révolte. Elles sont une épine de plus dans l’œil du capitalisme.

Operazione Fenix: l’antiterrorismo in versione ceca

Decine di compagni inquisiti, undici compagni arrestati, di cui tre tuttora in carcere accusati di aver pianificato alcune azioni dirette. Una vicenda segnata dall’inquietante ruolo svolto da alcuni agenti infiltrati. Un compagno e una compagna ci raccontano alcuni dettagli di questa operazione, con l’invito a sostenere gli arrestati, con benefit, azioni informative, lettere o quant’altro.
