Kauza Fénix nepřinesla jen mnoho nepříjemností. Také nás dost naučila. V tomto článku je shrnutí některých pozitivních poznatků získaných ze spisu trestního řízení. V těch totiž policie píše nejen o tom, co o kom ví nebo tvrdí. Odkrývá zde i vlastní nedostatky a naše pozitivní schopnosti.

In den letzten 4 Jahren laufen in der Tschechischen Republik, wie auch in vielen anderen Ländern, Repressionen gegen Aktivist*nnen aus dem anarchistischen Umfeld ab. Bei den sogenannten Operationen Phoenix 1 und 2 werden Aktivist*nnen nicht nur verschiedener Straftaten beschuldigt, sondern es wird ihnen und ihren Nahestehenden dadurch auch seit langem das Leben schwer gemacht. Mir möchten uns diesen Fall genauer anschauen.

Dabei soll es sich aber nicht nur eine Liste alles Negativen handeln, denn der Umgang mit der Repression hat uns auch viel gelehrt und uns zu neuen Projekten inspiriert. Was hat uns die Repression genommen und was gegeben? Wie ist es möglich bei der ständigen Verteidigung nicht zu Grunde zu gehen und Energie für konstruktive und subversive Aktivitäten zu haben? Diese Fragen stellen wir uns und wollen in einer gemeinsamen Diskussion nach Antworten suchen.

Dejte najevo, že jejich budoucnost, stejně jako svoboda nás všech vám není lhostejná. Jakékoliv vyjádření podpory je vítáno! Soud bude probíhat každý den od 8:30 u okresního soudu v Mostě.

Protest proti Fénixu před ambasádou v Berlíně

27. dubna 2019 proběhl před českou ambasádou v Berlíně protest proti kauze Fénix 2, která se nedávno dostala před soud. Sešlo se několik desítek lidí. Hlasitá aparatura upoutávala pozornost kolemjdoucích, stejně jako transparent s nápisem “Naší zbraní je solidarita – Obrana anarchistického třídního boje.”
