Když roku 1968 ve Francii proběhly rozsáhlé stávky a dělnicko-studentské nepokoje, jedním ze sloganů těchto událostí bylo “Všechnu moc imaginaci”. Česká policie a soudy si nyní zřejmě heslo vykládají po svém. Svou moc prosazují rozvíjením vlastní fantazie.
Když policie chtěla na mě vydat zatykač, zdůvodňovala to spekulativními tvrzeními a kupou nesmyslů. Očividně jim to k vydání zatykače postačilo. Je až děsivé, jak může být jejich fantazírování mocné.

When whidespread strikes and workers’ and students’ riots took place in France at 1968, one of the slogans back then was “All power to the imagination”. Czech police and courts now have their own interpetation. They assert their authority through fostering their own imagination.
When police wanted the arrest warrant on me, their claimed reasons for that were speculative statements and bunch of random bullshit. Obviously, it was enough for getting the warrant. It is even scary, how powerful their imagination can be.
V jistých dokumentech se uvádělo: „Lukáš B. je bez trvalého pobytu v České republice. Na základě doposud provedených opatření bylo zjištěno, že se v období měsíců říjen až prosinec 2015 pohyboval na území Slovenské republiky v okolí města Žilina, dále na přelomu měsíců duben a květen 2016 se pohyboval ve Slovinsku v okolí města Ljubljana. Z toho místa odjel ve společnosti osoby (jméno) pravděpodobně do Holandska. Dále bylo zjištěno, že začátkem léta (červen 2016) se jmenovaný Lukáš Borl měl účastnit utajeného setkání militantních ochránců zvířat Animal liberation front (ALF), které se konalo ve Francii v okolí města Marseille pod názvem RAT ATTACK. Ze zachycené komunikace je patrné, že Lukáš B. má v plánu cestovat podél pobřeží, tj. Itálie, Francie až na hranici Belgie a Nizozemí, kde má údajně práci (focení) pro publikaci – časopis o přistěhovaletství a migraci. Zvláštní znamení vyžádané osoby: Hnědé vlasy, vousy, na temeni hlavy 8-10 dredů o délce 15-20 cm.“
Jaká provedená opatření mohla vést k sepsání takových nesmyslů? V celé této konstrukci je pravdivé jen tvrzení, že jsem v té době neměl trvalý pobyt na území České republiky. Jakou komunikaci policie zachytila, když z ní vyvozuje závěry nezakládající se na pravdě? Zřejmě šlo o opatření a komunikaci probíhající v hlavách vyšetřovatelů. Mohli bychom to nazvat úplně obyčejné fantazírování. Policie si ale jistě pro své jednání vymyslí lépe znějící název, protože přiznat, že se jejich moc opírá o fantazírování a vyšetřovací neschopnost, to by pro ně nebylo moc taktické.

When extensive strikes and workers’ and students’ riots took place in France at 1968, one of the slogans back then was “All power to the imagination”. Czech police and courts now have their own interpetation. They assert their authority through fostering their own imagination.

It was written in certain documents: „Lukáš B. doesn’t have any permanent residence in Czech republic. Based on current investigation it was found out, that in time of October 2015 till December 2015 he was moving on the territory of Slovakian republic in Žilina town surroundings. Then, at April/May he was moving in Slovenia in Ljubljana city surroundings. From that place he moved most probably to Holland, accompanied by (person’s name). Then, it was found out, that at the beginning of summer (June 2016) Lukáš Borl took part in secret meeting of militant animal right defenders Animal liberation front (ALF), which took place at France, in Marseille sity surroundings, under name RAT ATTACK. From the uncovered communication it is clear, that že Lukáš B. plans to travel alongside the coast of Italy, France to the border of Belgium and Netherlands, where he is supposed to have a job – photographing for magazine about migration. Special sings of searched person: brown hair, beard, 8-10 dreadlocks on the head, 15-20 cm long.“
WHat kind of investigation could lead to writing such a nonsense? In all this construction there is only one true statement – at that time I truly didn’t have a permanent residence in Czech republic. What kind of communication police have “uncovered”, if they deduce absolutely false statements? Apparently, all the investigation and “uncovered” communication took place only in police officers’ heads. Just casual excogitation, as we can call it. Of course, police will think of a better name for what they do, simply because to admit that their authority leans on excogitation and investigation inability, is not tactical at all.
